How much time is required to produce a family tree? For the predefined designs, you will receive a proof within 5 business days after we've received all of your photos and information. Once you've given your approval for the proof, your family tree chart will be shipped within 5–8 business days. Typically, it takes approximately 10–13 business days from the moment you place your order to receive your family tree chart. However, this timeline may vary based on your responsiveness and the potential impact of weekends and holidays on shipping. For custom designs, please allow up to 8 business days to receive your proof. If you require a rush order for the holiday season, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

How many generations can I incorporate into a family tree? The number of generations that can be included in our family tree charts depends on the type of tree, ranging from 3 to 8 generations.

Is it possible to create a family tree without photographs? Certainly, all our family tree charts can be crafted with or without photos, or you can choose to include photos for specific individuals only. Additionally, you might consider incorporating other visual elements such as images of your ancestors' home towns, maps of where they immigrated from, coats of arms, signatures, symbols representing organizational affiliations or millitary insignia.

Can you create a custum tree for me? Yes! If you have an idea, we can design it. We can create custom trees with different backgrounds and additional generations. For pricing and availability details regarding custom family trees, please get in touch with us for a personalized quote. Custom trees will not be available until after the new year.

Can you create a family tree if my research is incomplete? Absolutely! In lieu of the sections of your family tree that remain unfinished, you can include additional graphics or text. If you would like, we can also perform further research before printing your tree. For a research estimates, please reach out to us.

Can I purchase a family tree as a gift for someone else? Absolutely! If you'd like to bestow the gift of having a personalized family tree chart made for someone, please contact us to arrange for a gift certificate to be sent either to you or directly to the recipient.
